Another saying...
"How is this accomplished?!?" (with GREAT exaggeration)

What I really wanted to say was that I'm finally getting my butt in gear and getting stuff done. New tags, more "efficient and timely" entries. Less boring. I'm rounding out the edges through and through. Even so it STILL needs a lot of work and for those of YOU who read my journal, I would GREATLY appreciate comments please. You won't need to worry about privacy or anything for 2 reasons. LJ is very safe and private overall, and secondly, I SCREEN anything that comes through my journal so that I don't get spam or anything. Thanks if you decide to help.

"Who knows when some slight shock," he asks, "disturbing the delicate balance between social order and thirsty aspiration, shall send the skyscrapers in our cities toppling?" ---Lemony Snicket

This saying beautifully demonstrates how terror or more specifically, the unexpected or even can completely ruin plans and even the utmost powerful social sentinels.

"The world is quiet here," and "I didn't realize this was a sad occasion."
---Lemony Snicket
These 2 sayings, though not particularly meaningful, are more moving, the more and more you ponder on them.

"...right, temporarily defeated, is stronger than evil triumphant." MLK
Possibly THE wisest saying to ever be spoken by ANYONE. The simplest way to say this is even in stories AND real life is, good will always win, even though it may include sacrifice.
This is just a shout out to the most selfless and absolutely nicest person and most beloved friend that I have ever had and still do. This person is Laura, (last name being withheld for obvious reasons) and I know that she will have come here at least once to observe my most personal thoughts, which I don't mind at all. Feel free to look around however not EVERYTHING is visible. Don't worry, it's just personal notes and special messages. I hope you like what you see and don't see what you don't like. Once again thank you Laura and HAPPY (belated) BIRTHDAY LAURA!!!

There then of course is the murderer, Cho Seung-hui, who killed himself. Do not hate him for God has dealt with him justly. May those murdered have the same treatment as well. Instead of hate, have pity and remrse for Cho's family and the family of those who were killed, for they are the ones suffering most. May their worries and griefs be put put to rest and may they be blessed eternally.
Well, I mine as well mention that this IS my first post and so far, nothing amazing has happened today...yet. It is 11:48 and I am tired. I may as well mention it is my birthday today. Yay me! I don't have a lot to say right now, because I am not used to this yet. I'll say this though: today was dreadfully long. I woke up and got my presents from my mom and brother, an Asian sushi dining set with mats and all, along with $50 from my mom. I stayed home from school today as a present from my mom (she's so thoughtful!),but I couldn't find anything to do because I wasn't in the mood for video games and really didn't watch T.V. (I don't care for shows, because I find them inane, intelligence sucking and utterly pointless). I decided to do some laundry and pick up the living room. How fun. Here I should mention that I am extremely sarcastic, if you couldn't already tell. Anyway, we're going on a trip to Hawaii in two days, because my mom got a deal with her credit card company (2 free tickets. SWEET!  ^_^). I packed and got my brother's clothes ready. I then went outside and swung my bokken around, practicing moves for Aikido. Then we had to leave and go shopping. We bought some Crocs for our trip and then left for my birthday dinner at P.F. Chang's, an exquisite Chinese restaurant. I then got $236 from my dad and "smother" (only 66 which was my present money, the other 170 a withdraw from my account). Anywhoodle, I'm very pleased and anxious for my trip. I'll be sure to keep you posted.

P.S. Be sure to check out my myspace blog if you'd like. It'll probably be the same, just in color and better looking. Also, more to come in the links area...
